Delivery Information

Free Delivery: Available to selected locations via specialist couriers.
Delivery Timeframe: Most orders arrive within the stated ETA, but in rare cases may take an extra 10–20 working days. You’ll get a call or email 1–2 days before delivery. Deliveries run between 6 AM – 8 PM and are usually to the main entrance of your property (ground floor for flats). Moving items beyond that point is at courier discretion.
Regional Delays: Deliveries to Scotland, Wales, Devon, Cornwall, and other rural areas may take longer.
Separate Shipments: Mattresses, bedside tables, and add-ons are shipped separately and may arrive on different days. Returns or exchanges for these items must be requested separately.
Divan Feet Upgrades: Shipped separately but aim to arrive around the same time as the main product.
Request a Delivery Date: You can email us to request a weekday delivery date (subject to availability). We reply within 24 hours.
Mobile Number Required: Needed for courier updates; missing details may cause delays. Any changes to delivery dates or returns need 2 working days’ notice.
Restrictions & Surcharges:
- Deliveries to certain postcodes (AB, DD, DT, EX, FK, HR, IV, KW, PA, PH, PL, TA, TD, TQ, TR, PO30–PO41) will have an added charge (calculated at checkout).
- Mattresses to PO and LL postcodes may arrive rolled and vacuum packed.
- No delivery to BT, GY, HS, ZE, IM, or other offshore locations.

Standard Divan Bed

Unpack & Remove Drawer Straps (if you have drawers)
- Simply cut the straps inside the drawers to release them.
- Don’t overload the drawers (max weight 15kg).
Attach Castors/Feet
- Push the castors or feet into the pre-drilled holes.
- Tap them in gently (a rubber mallet can help).
Join the Two Bases
- Use the U-clips provided to connect both halves of the divan.
- Place clips on the edges where the bases meet.
Fit Your Headboard (if purchased)
- Bolt the headboard into the holes at the top of the bed.
- For strutted headboards, screw the struts onto the headboard first.
